Thing again. Sister state judgments are entitled to full faith and credit of each other under the constitution. A Florida judge or clerk cannot constitutionally reject filing New York’s judgment. I’ve entered out of state judgments personally in the past. It’s not hard, it’s just a little annoying since it just requires specific paperwork and affidavits you have to have filled out from the county clerk but it’s not hard to do - certainly not going to be a problem for the AG to get the right paperwork from the New York County Clerk’s office.

To be clear, I did not mean that foreign judgements are not enforceable. But that they judgements need to be correct as to the form and content as stipulated by a state.
