Ah, but that’s because you must be one of those old-fashioned types who believe that words have actual meanings. In these more enlightened times words can mean whatever we want them to mean to reflect “our truths”.
Words and phrases like ‘monopoly, ‘woman’ and ‘shall not be infringed’ are good examples of this.
