Big sigh. I spent a week in England decades ago, it was safe then and the Brits were unvaryingly polite. I’ll always treasure my great memories of several countries I visited in those years.
Just certain towns, etc. Still a ‘green and pleasant land’ in many parts don’t let them spoil it.
