A lot of weight-lifters will tend to grunt when they move the weight, often to draw attention to themselves. When they do that, the lunk alarms go off.

If you make too much noise while working out, usually a grunt or dropping weights, they ring the lunk alarm, which is like an air raid siren, singling that person out so they stop making noise. It’s ridiculous.
