I hope Planet Fitness doesn’t ban me from every location in the United States. Oh wait. I’ve never been in one. (Why can’t people exercise at home? Not me. But people.)

Most of my adult life I worked a big farm, worked a night job, and raised three children we home schooled.
Working out at a gym would be a waste of time and money. Chasing tail would be a waste of a perfectly good marriage.

(Why can’t people exercise at home? Not me. But people.) Some people like to work out with friends or acquaintances. Some people don't have room at home for hard-core weightlifting gear. Some people like the culture. Some people just want a change of scenery.
You may not want or like those things ... but you aren't all people. Gyms exist for a reason. It's (still) a (more or less) free country ...
