Time for Texas to start detailed inspections of all trucks and trains carrying cargo from Mexico. Something that takes weeks and closes the border.
For example, check the fluids in all the imported vehicles. Safety checks.
I was thinking something similar. I was also thinking that Texas could set up DUI roadblocks just inside the border. Stop every single car, check license, insurance, and registration, and ask questions to see if each motorist seems sober. Every single car and truck entering Texas from Mexico. Might take some time…
