1. Communicate to all American citizens and Afghani translators that their ID's have been hacked by the Russians (damn those Russians!) and they need to go to the closest US base to be issued new ID's. They should take along their entire family including pets so everyone can get new ID's.

2. When there, they are told "Fooled ya!" We're evacuating you.

3. Transport everyone to Bagram Air Base from which they are airlifted to the US.

4. Simultaneously empty out all of the weapons depots and ship those back to US or a nearby base in the Middle East.

It's not rocket science.
