One conspiracy theory is that Biden/US Left are encouraging the chaos in Haiti.

They can do that by giving "Barbecue" all the arms he needs so that the government forces are outgunned.

Kind of similar to many places in Mexico where you see the cartels are able to assassinate the local police forces (they were never able to threaten the federal government in Mexico City).
