If we eliminated 3% of the population we’d have like an immediate 60-70% reduction in violent crime/murders.
I’m willing to try it.
Jayden, you are safe now. The black community needs to deal with itself.
Has a Soros DA released him yet?
In my long life I have either been directly involved around abused women as a landlord, or as a boss of someone, or the friend of someone. In every case. Every last one. No matter the danger. No matter the abuse. The woman takes the abuser back in. Any time I sense this dynamic, I run away. There is nothing you can do to help. Nothing.
That little heroic boy. On earth a mere 11 years and born into a family like that. Died fighting to save his mom.
Poor kid.
Bukele did it. It will have to happen here someday.
I would suspect that a significant majority of male on female domestic abuse consists of women willfully shacking up with men who have known criminal records.
The woman was not taking this guy back. She had an order of protection against him.
I’d send this guy to live with parole board members. This guy was sentenced to 16 years. He was paroled with electronic monitoring last October after 8 1/2 years served. He violated parole terms and was sent back to prison. Released a couple of days ago and the following day goes to kill his ex. Sickening.
What a brave young boy to attempt to protect his mother.
“I would suspect that a significant majority of male on female domestic abuse consists of women willfully shacking up with men who have known criminal records.”
Thinking back, ever time, the male had extensive prison time. Sometimes, for abusing the woman who then takes him back. there’s something about an ex-con that “nice” girls can’t run away from. Attracted to danger, maybe?
I rented to a fifty-something unmarried couple. Turns out of the thirty something years they’d been together, he’d spent a few of them in prison for beating her. They both ended up getting arrested for growing pot on my property. A month later I got a call from a detective who wanted to know where they were. I told him, “you had ‘em last.”
From the information I have seen, the woman has not taken the abuser back for 15 years and has a lifetime protection order granted 15 years ago.
The Murderer did violate the order, but, apparently the woman never invited or permitted contact for 15 years.
Still investigating.
She apparently has refused any contact for about 20 years, and she was living with her Fiancee (a different gentleman) in the home, he is the father of her three children.
Thanks Rktman!
Was he already a violent offender when she first started dating him?
When you willingly bring people like this into your life, it sometimes takes more than a piece of paper to keep them away.
One of the cases I’m aware of, the woman had a protective order but was still meeting the man for sex. And, yes, he beat her severely. Don’t know what happened after that as I moved away. But I wouldn’t be surprised if she kept doing it.
If a good guy had been around, and had a gun, and the nerve to use it, Brand, most likely, would be dead and the 11 year old, most likely, would be alive.
From all the information I've read so far, the answer is No, he was not.
When he became abusive, both the (then young) woman and her mother broke off contact, he stalked them both for a couple of years, and they then obtained a lifetime protective order against him.
Then he became a career multi Felon, and occasionally violated that and other persons protective orders.
It appears the women in this situation behaved correctly the entire 20 years.
Yes, that happens often, however this is a different case and I have no information yet that the woman enabled the Murderer in any way.
