That is correct. Just look at Clarence Thomas. He was given an opportunity to succeed and he took advantage of it.

Most Blacks do not have the same opportunities that Clarence Thomas had. A lot of it, we can blame LBJ and Obama. It benefits the Democratic Party to keep the Blacks enslaved on the Democratic Party's plantation.
