The less common concept I’m talking about involves multiple children from multiple families, taught by multiple parents in one location. Most folks consider home schooling to be one parent of a couple staying home/not working and teaching their own kids. At least, that’s the way I’ve understood it.
If it’s already happening like you’re saying, that’s a very good thing. More kids will be able to be educated without the dangers of public “schooling”. But again, the left will do everything in their power to shut that down and make it impossible or illegal. Can’t have kids actually learning stuff vs. indoctrination.
I've seen that happening. Like you said, not as common. But it's becoming more common recently due to the collapse of public schools.
There is at least one piece on the web somewhere that describes a system where Home school classes meed in rented halls around the city and particular parents with some experience and professional expertise and some volunteer professionals teach largish classes of from ten to twenty or so.
