I lived in NM for a few years in the 90s. It was still a decent place to live back then - particularly around the eastern edge, near Texas.
Now? I sometimes need to drive thru NM on my way to Texas. Hate being in the state. It is a liberal enclave of California.
There are some truly great people in this state. Unfortunately, like me, they're surrounded by idiots. We're just trying to make the best of it until we can move away or the state comes to its senses. Folks are here and job is here, for now. There is also a big question as to vote integrity here. Lots of down-ballot stuff doesn't support the top of the ballot outcomes. But good luck investigating it.
