And you are of course, quite correct. It's not about safe guarding anyone's health. It's about control.
If it were truly about keeping people safe, our immigration laws and polices would be much tighter and be enforced.
The fact that the illegals are exempt from all that is required of tax paying CITIZENS, goes to show what is really going on.
