Heck no. They'd just include in the bill a stipulation that 30 hours a week would entitle to "full-time" benefits.

Of course, the proposal implies that any time worked past 32 hours would be "overtime," paid at 1.5x the rate. An even greater expense on small companies.

Not if getting benefits is required for 32 hours which would be included in the bill. I’d rather they change the number of days to four and have 8 hours if they go this route. By the way, he didn’t win the presidency, but he did manage to get most states to go the 15 dollars an hour. And still companies are having a hard time finding people to work.
