I recently moved my 401k funds out of the market so it's basically a cash management fund so market drops can't affect it. That and other investments I've made will fund my retirement in a few months from now.
What Joe's handlers and cronies are looking to do is make it all taxable. Not just disbursements. But that is looking to be somewhere down the road from now.
