Why would you conduct a survey like this if you were confident of a Biden win? They are scared to death of Donald Trump doing exactly what needs to be done to them. They have earned it and are going to suffer it.
Pence respected the constitutional restrictions on the duty of the President of the Senate regarding certification of elections. Democrats are always happy to ignore the constitution when it suits their purposes.
This has nothing to do with Demonicrats claiming election fraud by Republicans. It's Demonicrats in the final stage of TDS, willing to overthrow a constitutional election if Trump is elected.
And it will be Demonicrats who will take to the streets and make the George Floyd riots look like a Sunday School picnic.

The Electoral College is one of a number of counter-democratic and anti-democratic features of the Constitution.
The authors worked very hard to prevent the Presidency from degenerating into a democratic institution.
They will absolutely do it.
Congressional vote counting IS ceremonial, there is no role for interference in the rights of State Legislatures to choose the President.
