The apology is certainly one of those.
“Illegal” alien” or the I-word, is the new N-word.
But he did still admit (I think) that thousands had been killed in another soundbite, even if it was said to minimize the death of Riley. Probably the only halfway lucid and honest comment of the entire speech.
