Agree. What a pathetic scumbag. There have been lots of articles on how his “base” is “fragmenting” - so this is his stupid way of trying to hold it together. That takes precedence of course, over everything else.
Did the same thing in the 2020 election, with his entente with Bernie Sanders. So now, he’ll join Bernie Sanders in demonizing Israel. To be expected.

Under normal circumstances, I often feel for elderly folks going thru dementia, medical issues, etc., and that includes elder abuse.
