Trump is going to spend his one term going after the Swamp. He doesn’t need another Brutus Pence or someone who is angling for 2028. He needs a VP who has no interest in running for the presidency and will watch his back. I say it should be Dr. Ben Carson!
Dr. Ben is a great guy but he was way over his head as Secretary of HUD—did not lay a glove on the layers of bureaucracy in that very convoluted agency.
The last white hat (good team) who actually found the buried bodies at HUD was former FHA Commissioner Catherine Austin Fitts.
She used her investment banking background to do a forensic audit of the place—found two billion dollars missing.
Apparently HUD funds were being siphoned off into the black budget.
She immediately went to the White House to deliver the important news.
Her reward from the Deep State—fired immediately.
Dr. Ben never found a dime on his watch—not good.
