US leftist websites are poisoning our children’s minds.
If that is the criteria then they should be banned as well.
That is hardly a position supporting China.
If they wanted to ban kids from all social media or stop all websites from stealing your data it would at least make some sense. Singling out just one company is pointless , especially since some “cool” new site will just pop up in a few years anyways when kids get bored of tik tok.
I’ve posted this in other threads but I still think the government is going after tik tok because it’s the only mainstream social media app that doesn’t give a back door access to our government to spy on Americans and doesn’t go along with our government’s censorship (like with covid or stolen elections) since it’s run out of China
Facebook was "cool" 20 years ago. Now grandparents are using it.
Everyone in congress should sign up for Tik Tok and post dance videos. A lot of them are grandparents and they will make tik tok uncool so kids stop using it
Funny. That is what brought people to TikTok at the beginning. But now the platform has evolved. A lot of MAGA content over there. So really it's more like YouTube now but with shorter videos.
Our government no longer deserves that much power. They have proven over and over again they will misuse it.
