Interesting.
Here is some data that shows the effect of anti-Trump campaigns.
Nikki Haley spent $100 million attacking President Trump starting in November and running through March.
Now watch this:
https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/polls/president-primary-r/2024/national/
Before Nikki ads:
Trump polls 60% nationally among potential primary voters
After Nikki ads:
Trump polls 77%.
How could this happen?
Lol.
Nikki was on every mass media talk show for months attacking President Trump, but Republicans were not watching them.
Likewise she was advertising on television and cable shows-saturating the air waves.
Only Democrats and Democrat leaning voters were watching them.
Here is the best part—the only “Nikki” that Republicans heard about were her wild anti-Trump claims that were filtered by pro-Trump commentators of all kinds, mostly on the Internet.
That just further mobilized Trump supporters.
This is exactly the way a third party anti-Trump campaign would work.
It mobilizes the Trump supporters while they are immune to the anti-Trump propaganda.
The only voters attracted to the third party buzz—thousands of television talk show appearances later—are potential Biden supporters.
