According to some reports, Kemp apparently implies that he would sign the revised Georgia ethics bill soon. Without his signature, mcafee cannot kick the can to the ethics board. Kemp imho seems to be playing political chicken with mcafee on the Fani corruption issue…

Perhaps (standard disclaimer here) another McAfee might have is that he could refer a miscreant Fani and/or Wade to the state DA office for prosecution.

One question is what are the tradeoffs involved in McAfee referring miscreants to the (future fully enabled) state ethics board in contrast to the state DA office?
