Did you see the picture of what I assume was the one recovered by the Ukes? The drone had what appeared to be a deep sea fishing reel attached to it. I’m getting over being surprised by what both sides are accomplishing with small expendable drones.
This is old tech, already in use since the 1960s and continuously improved since. It was at one time the primary control link for atgms.
I suspect this case is a reuse of a helicopter mounted atgm component. There isnt much scope for helicopter launched atgms of this type in the current state of this war, with the KA52s primary atgm using laser guidance, not wires.
