I too thought her delivery was strange. I commented on it to my husband when she first came on. At times I thought she sounded like Greta Thunberg (her delivery, not her message). She stressed strange words and had odd pauses between words.

A little smirking at inappropriate times also. Like she couldn’t control the narcissist inside. Well, I guess all these politicians have that. She just needs to hide it better. I don’t know anything about her. I’m just commenting on the delivery.
