The letter actually said they had to come to HQ “to be educated” but it was damn close to commie propaganda about “re-education.” In my opinion, NY should be ashamed of Letitia for interfering in a national election, but they want to shame the firefighters.
They have her number. The Left can’t put a lid on this.
Too much is known.
They have so many RAT prosecutors. If a dozen of them indicted Trump would SCOTUS do anything?
My view of the SCOTUS, is that they don’t do things other
than review lower court’s rulings. I don’t recall them
ever referring an attorney to the Barr.
It’s an interesting institution, because it’s the highest
legal authority in our nation, but it is limited in scope,
if that’s the proper term.
So here’s the oversight branch of our government, and it
has no power to govern zealot DAs, or issue punitive
measures against rogues beneath them.
I do need to remind anyone reading, I am not an attorney
or someone who is anywhere near a qualified legal authority
on these matters.
This is merely observation and resultant logical
conclusions.
If anyone sees an error here, or can offer up a clarification
or correction that might be helpful, I’m all for it.
