That brings up a great point. Did you know that there are poor black people who are wealthy? I'm speaking of class. Give a low class mentality person a bunch of money and they'll still be low class, and their spending will be destructive.
I've lived long enough to realize the grift by much of the ghetto black population, witnessing it first hand. Litigation through the thousands of predatory personal injury lawyers. The industry has become a joke in itself. In my first job in high school as a grocery clerk, we'd routinely witness shoppers TRYING to trip, throwing fresh produce on the floor and stepping on it. They'll seek out wet spots or puddles on the floor to deliberately walk through and "lose their balance." It is one of the most wicked things I've ever witnessed, it is the epitome of false witness, condemned in the top 10 Commandments.
Now we don't even hesitate to pay out a settlement instead of going to court. Sure, it's probably cheaper and more convenient, but it only encourages the parasites 1000 fold.
