A contrast, to be sure, but what I think some are alluding to is that perhaps, at this critical juncture in time, we need something a bit stronger than “”gentle””.
I can’t help but wish that someone like Ashleigh Merchant had given the response. That woman is awesome. Strong, effective and extremely resolute. The GOP would definitely be better off with someone like her in their ranks.
