If Z puts total Uke deaths at the laughable number of 31,000 rather than a real figure of 431,000, we have just located 400,000 of the missing 700,000. They are dead.
You beat me to it. I have no idea what the real figures are, but I am 99.99999999% sure it is much, much, higher than reported.
