1. Purchase a Trump mugshot sweatshirt.
2. Wear it in front of Chuckie Barkley in front of at least two witnesses.
3. Take the purchase from Barkley.
4. Have a witness call 911 and ask for police and EMS.
5. The police will show up be for you are carted off to the hospital. Tell them you want Barkley arrested for assault and battery. Be certain to tell them he tried to kill you.
6. Go to the hospital to get your injuries thoroughly documented.
7. Hire a competent attorney to sue Mr. Barkley. Make certain he knows of the threats Barkley made against all black people. After your attorney files the lawsuit against Barkley, have him call a press conference noting how Barkley made threats against all black people in an attempt to deprive them of your Constitutional rights to shame the DA to charge Barkley for a hate crime.
