His mind drifting and circling around insane ideas of people he just talked to who are no longer living, and spending ten minutes on stories about his early Senate days but with clearly implausible elements and finishing with “And so, ladies and gentlemen, I introduce you to the current President of the Union of the States Barack Obama. I told you all he was a miracle, a clean black man.”
