They pushed the shingles vax on me after a very mild case of shingles years ago. I took elderberry and it cleared up quickly. I know shingles can be miserable but at this point, I simply do not trust the medical establishment.
I had to get a tetanus shot last year. I asked and was told it had a mfg date of 2015. Hopefully they were telling me the truth. In hindsight I would have asked to see the vial itself.
I do ask to see the vials now.
If elderberry worked — that’s interesting — then quercetin should work better.
