haven’t taken the flu shot for a couple of years since I left work...no more vaccines for me....not even the shingles one....I did take the Diptheria one because my doctor honestly said she didn’t care if I didn’t take any other vaxx but she felt that one was important.
I bet all kinds of weird illnesses have been coming across the border.
What made you opt out of the shingles shot. I’ve heard that shingles is rough and have been considering getting it.
