The border between Poland and Ukraine has a tumultuous history. There will not be much love for the Ukrainians from the Poles. The only reason Poland is helping is to keep Russia on their door step. Belarus is pretty benign on their border (except when that bastard Lukashenko sent an army of rapefugees) and the Kaliningrad salient is rather unremarkable as a threat.
