Of course we meddled, just like the Russians meddled. Both of us have meddled all over the world. But the CIA did not cause Maidan, the Ukrainian people did in response to Russian meddling. Or were the Ukrainian people just suppose to accept Yanukovych’s surrender of Ukraine to Russian control?
