Yeah, Zeeper dude whose NATO member country has NEVER funded their agreed 2% GDP any year since they promised to do so. Nearly two decades ago, NATO members agreed to, at minimum, record annual defense spending equivalent to 2 per cent of GDP. Since then, however, Canada has failed to uphold this promise. Yet this dubious person always cheerleads for the USA taxpayers to pay his nation’s debts. Friggin’ Left loonie he is.
