The law protects women and men. Trans people are mentally retarded. The are the gender they were born with. This is science and biology. This person trying to throw out this ruling is just causing more problems for women and breaking down our social construct.
Take it all the way to the Supreme Court. Or maybe I can identify as a black man, since I identify as one. There is no difference than declaring race as there is sex...err I mean jendre...... never NEVER use the terms “gender” “identity” or “gender identity”. There are boys...male and girls...female. NOTHING ELSE.
