Maduro emptied his jails and streets of petty criminals and gangs and sent them to the USA.

Castro did the same in the “Mariel Boat Lift” of 1980. Known Cuban criminals and perverts were forced to go to the USA.

Biden, I believe, or his handlers, were in on it.
