I don’t support either side, and resent that we are being taxed to pay for security for foreign borders while our own is ignored.

So then why do you post in support of Russia? If you are telling the truth you should be working on getting politicians elected in the US that will stop illegal immigration.

The USA isn't spending money to support Ukraine because we want to secure their borders, it is to prevent US troops from having to fight Russian troops somewhere else in Europe.

We promised Ukraine we would protect them in order to get them to give up their nuclear weapons. Some people would break that promise, but we are definitely on the hook to defend the other NATO member states.

Supporting Ukraine by transferring old weapons from storage in the USA, and paying Americans to replace the old weapons with new ones for the US to use saves us lives and money in the future.

I'd rather see my tax dollars go to workers in a US defense factory than EBT cards for illegal immigrants.
