I've worked with teens / twentysomethings. Often no work ethic, you can't pry them off their phones, etc. Meanwhile the company expects you to do the work of three people for crap pay and deal with insane customers and DEI nonsense. It's a clown show all around.
...while highest level management rides your ass for not firing nonperfomers fast enough while complaining that you are working too much to fill in for the ones you are already missing and giving hiring authority to useless recruiters that only hire exactly what you have told them not to.
