Well then, you’d best tell the Kremlin to stop their planning because they cannot do it - you completely misunderstand Russia and how they think.
Russia’s borders are were they say they are, and right now the are in the process of taking Ukraine with Poland and the Baltics next on the list. Until Americans wake up and smell the coffee, the Russian are going to continue to push.
They do not care how many Russians die in the process. Its their way.

Germany in 1939 was a teeming country with a massive birth rate. They literally would have starved without food imports. Hitler wrote about living space and his plan to gain it.
Russia today literally has a dying population. They have 100s of towns becoming abandoned their population is declining so much.
From a military standpoint it makes no sense. A combined NATO would be even stronger than Ukraine. You pro-Ukraine types (and I’m not saying that in an insulting way) can’t have it BOTH ways:
1. Russia is bled white and they have lost 1000s of tanks, arty, vehicles and aircraft. We just need to send them more money and they win
2. Russia is almost done with the easy conquest of Ukraine so watch out because the rest of the world is next.
you can’t have #1 and #2 simultaneously.
