What is not clear in the title is the involvement of the Russian Government and Russian Oligarchs in alignment with the Russian Government as one group, and Russians opposing the Government and Russian Oligarchs NOT in alignment with the Russian Government as another group.

The Biden Crime Family found quickly the Ukraine Nazi Government, Ukrainian Oligarchs, and Ukraine Burisma corrupt and easily bought, while that was not the case with the Russian government aligned group.

Solution: The Biden Crime family used the connections made by Clinton's Russia, Russia, Russia False Flag Hoax to bring aboard the Criminal Russians and Criminal Russian Oligarchs support in the war with Nazi Ukraine, and get rich while doing it.
