The plan was to draw Putin into war in Ukraine, destroy his hapless army with Western super-weapons, cause his downfall and then break up Russia for depopulation.
Putin and his army have to be gone before Europe and the USA murder their military forces, turn off their grids and keep them off until 95% of the useless eaters (humans) are dead, and no real resistance remains to complete Chinese hegemony over the world. The Chinese have been chosen to be new managing masters of the Earth planetation and they intend to start with a clean slate. A reset.
Putin and Russia were supposed to be GONE by now, but the Russians refuse to lose. Thus all the panic in European capitals.
