He has money to make and favors to call in.

He waits and the country suffers.

Hopefully, we can get someone better, but I doubt it.

They should pick Cruz, Paul, or Lee. They’ll most likely pick Thune, Ernst, or Scott.

McConnell said he plans to serve out the remainder of his term, which ends in January **2027**, and will continue to work hard leading his conference through this year’s election. Why doesn’t he step down from the minority Senate GOP Leadership NOW???

Nope. The KY Gov. is required by law to select a replacement from the same party.

He still has to survive until then, and he honestly doesn’t look very much better than Joe Biden. Either one of them could easily die of natural causes between now and November.

But I agree with other posters, who say that he is simply hanging on, so that he can continue to do any possible type of damage he can to Donald Trump, and those who support him. In other words, he remains a RINO scumbag who doesn’t give a damn about the will of the people, only his own ego and pockets.

Honestly. Trump is going to have a worse fight against rinos and against cheating than ever.

He wants to wait and see if President Trump is re-elected.

There will be a lot more RINO Republicans that will run for cover.

Their rackets are falling apart.

To save our Nation, DC (District of Corruption) must be cleansed.

They should IMMEDIATELY start the election/ vote process for a replacement Speaker.

And once a new speaker is elected he can step aside.

NOTHING will get done with Mitch a the Prez as a lame duck.
Shumer will steamroll the GOP.
