ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Terrence Bradley, a former law partner and divorce lawyer for special prosecutor Nathan Wade, has been ordered by a judge to testify Tuesday about his knowledge of Wade’s relationship with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, sources confirmed to Atlanta News First on Monday night.
Bradley was called to testify two weeks ago in a court hearing held to determine whether Wade, Willis and her staff should be disqualified from their sprawling RICO case against former President Donald Trump and his allies.
On the stand, Bradley declined to answer questions about the now-acknowledged relationship between Willis and Wade, and said he’d been advised by the State Bar of Georgia not to testify about it, citing attorney-client privilege.
Bradley will testify during another disqualification hearing set to begin at 2 p.m. Tuesday, sources told Atlanta News First.
Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee notified attorneys in the case late Monday that some communications between Bradley and Wade are not protected by attorney-client privilege, sources said. McAfee made his decision after a closed-door meeting with Bradley on Monday, the sources confirmed.
Willis is the locally elected district attorney prosecuting Trump and his allies after a Fulton County grand jury handed up a sweeping indictment in August 2023 accusing the defendants of trying to overturn Georgia’s 2020 election results.
Willis is facing allegations that she misused taxpayer funds and crossed ethical boundaries during her romantic relationship with Wade, and McAfee is expected to soon decide whether they should be disqualified from participating further in the case.
Two weeks ago, two days of often-explosive testimony rocked the internationally watched criminal indictment of Trump. During their disqualification hearing that week, Willis and Wade both said their romantic relationship began after Willis hired Wade, and that their affair had since ended.

“Whatever the judge heard in-camera that is allowing him to testify should be interesting.”
Yesterday, Viva Frei said that the “in camera” meeting never happened, and the ruling about more testimony was based on the Judge’s own logic. (I don’t know what’s true.)
I wonder if RSBN will be showing this. I can’t recall where I watched the first round.
She’ll do or say anything to cover-up her crimes.
Since Bradley was Wade’s law partner, supposedly sharing 1/3 of the partnerships income, I wonder what he knows about the billings and fees.
Did Wade engineer Bradley’s removal from the partnership BEFORE the big bucks from the RICO case started rolling in?
Does Bradley know any secrets about the hourly fees billed by Wade to Fulton Co?
Was Wade padding the heck out of his invoices? Billing for personal travel? Mebbe he get reimbursed by Fani via billing the County? I find it most unlikely that Wade worked nearly as many hours as he billing. There needs to be a thorough examination of his invoices, reimbursables backup, work schedules, what other work he had going, travel dates, etc.
Probably woke up this morning to a horse head in his bed.
thank you for the info. I was unaware of that development.
Atlanta News First is carrying it
Wouldn’t know how to find that in TV.
Have Viva Frei in but he won’t stop talking.
So far all he’s saying is I don’t recall anything about any of this.
