when i lived in Boston in the 70’s i remember a candidate there - Aiello, maybe? - running from the lock-up - i learned a lot about how corrupt politics function when living there.
I’d guess that about half of her 40% were Democrats who won’t vote for Trump in November.
She has completely pissed off the base— so much so, that ANY of the others that started in the process would get it before she would. Much of the base would either sit home, write in Trump or someone else.
