Charles and David controlled things with Charles being closer the the Bush side of things than David but neither wwould waste money for very long, they usuallw worked things out. When David died his widow got almost all of his shares and is a left of center “piece of work”. To keep peice in the upper management (with Charles) she was allowed to keep funding and driving this mess after DeSantis dropped out.
