February 24, 2024. Two years to the day since Vladimir Putin launched his invasion of Ukraine. For the first year, the world watched on as Russian forces grappled with an opponent they seemingly underestimated. The Ukrainians proved they would not give up their sovereignty without a fight. With aid from the West, Ukraine held the Russian forces, and gained back ground.
On the second anniversary we look back at the last 12 months.
It was the battles away from the fronts that would truly test the resolve of both sides.
It was a year of fighting for aid and for armaments.
Fighting for the world’s attention as another conflict would draw their eyes.
And fighting to survive - as in-fighting threatened to bring an end to Putin’s reign

Is there something going on over in the Ukraine?
RE: ...and attention.
As in “I’m a star, get those cameras on.” For a certain leader.
Thank you for your documentary video.

Keep pushing that Putin narrative.
>Keep pushing that Putin narrative.<
Why do you consider my view as a Putin narrative?
Two years of pouring America’s hard earned taxpayer dollars down the hatch of the Zelensky/Biden Money Laundering Machine.

It’s the Ukie TOILET, and senile Joe keeps flushing the handle.
Tyrus recently said that there are parrots and there are truth seekers. Now if I were pure truth seeker, I’d examine your allegation that it’s all just one big money laundering scheme, and go over it with a fine toothed comb, examining primary sources. I don’t have the resources or the time for that, so I have to settle for something less than pure truth seeking.
But considering that people are getting killed in Ukraine on both sides at an appalling rate, and that Putin, as a former KGB Agent is adept at Maskirovka, and as the absolute dictator of Russia initiated this conflict for dubious reasons, while Zelensky, as a television station executive and successful comedian, is more adept at public speaking and appeals, and is a political novice not unlike Trump, I would disbelieve Putin as a given, but instead of this thorough investigation that I cannot do, I can at least ask who benefits more from making that allegation, and I would say Putin, so most likely it’s a lie.
But it’s in the nature of all lies that it must have some element of truth to it to be believable. So I’d venture that there is some money laundering going on. Congress critters want kickbacks in exchange for their votes. Ukraine, a former Soviet Republic, has an extensive culture of corruption, and even assuming that Zelensky were a paragon of virtue, there would be an ubiquitous swamp of corrupt officials that he must contend with.
So I’d conclude that, yes, in the very nature of things there is some money laundering going on. But the allegation that all the Ukraine war is is a massive money laundering operation is a narrative that benefits Putin by discouraging further western military aid to Ukraine, which was supposed to have been his as of two years ago.
Narratives overemphasize the information that forwards the agenda, and ignore the information that contradicts it. The kernel of truth is the fact that there is some corruption going on, and that it’s hard to stop. The lie is that it’s just about money laundering, and not a life and death struggle between a brave little country and an enormous bellicose monster. The fact that you parrot that lie uncritically makes you a parrot. Just like someone who parroted the lie that Ukraine is a paragon of democracy and freedom would be a parrot.
JS Mills said that representative governments must initially be taken as there are, and improved upon over the course of time. America is not a perfect country. But it’s much further along in the process of improvement than Ukraine could possibly be 30 years after the end of 300 years of brutal oppression. But the notion that it is therefore unworthy of support and should be thrown to the bear is utter nonsense. The United States has had 250 plus years. England has had about 600. Ukraine has made some amazing progress since 1991, which is why Putin is determined to destroy it. He wants his empire back and has said so. Often. But it’s too much to expect anything resembling perfection so early on.
It’s within the purview of the United States, England and Europe to help Ukraine resist that effort by Putin, including at minimum being skeptical of his Maskirovka, and also in supplying military and financial aid, despite the presence of some corruption, in the expectation that the forces of progress will triumph if given the chance to, despite the former, while making efforts to root it out.

I should be what?
Sorry you want to slander me and hate me. ☮️
It’s okay. Zeepers have a lot of butthurt because fewer and fewer Americans want anything to do with that money pit and hellscape dump.
They get testy and nasty unless you you agree with them.
Thank you for your support.

Utter garbage.
The US leadership is at war with it’s own people. It is indifferent to the cultural garbage that it has allowed and even fostered in this country. The US government seeks to constantly replace it’s own voters with large amounts of legal (and illegal immigration), diluting the value of a single citizens vote, suppressing wages/salaries, increasing crime, and creating cultural balkanization.
In the meantime we get to hear from people like you who tell us how much better our country is than country X,Y, and Z. It’s ridiculous. It’s like listening to a “Homer” sports fan talk about how much better his college football team is than everyone else’s. Sorry, but the propaganda is no longer an easy sell. This country is in an absolute God !@#$ mess. The chunk of the US population who no longer wish to see the people of this country abused to fuel globalist, corporatist, immoral scum have had enough. In fact we had enough to the extent that we no longer wish to see US influence in the world increase. If anything its influence needs to decrease a peg or two until the nation collectively gets its head out of its azz.
It’s really simple: Ukraine’s security should not be anywhere near as significant to us as it is to European nations. And yet all the crying about how much more WE have to give. It’s ridiculous to anyone who really takes a deep breath and thinks about it.
When the Russians, Chinese, or Iranians have military bases all around the globe (and can project power all over the globe) with their multiple carrier-fleets, then (and only then) will I consider them “empires”. But the only nation that has clearly behaved as a global empire over the last 30 years is the US. Please...no more Neo-Con !@#$.

Apostrophes, like generalizations, should be used advisedly. The “US leadership” is made up of many factions, and some of those factions are presently at war with the American people, and occupies the Executive Branch and half the Legislative Branch of the Federal Government, and parts of the state governments. It is not perfect, but on balance over 250 years has more often than not been headed towards a “more perfect union”.
More perfect SOVIET union
Why isn’t Boris Yeltsin ever mentioned
He - Putin were fighting the deep entrenched state
They came out of communism
We’re waterboarded daily in it
Global diversity is the enemy
Even Donald Trump is being drowned in it
Gog Soviet usa
MaGog Soviet nato

I thought you were leaving US. How can we miss you if you won't go away?
Easy. 1. You have lousy aim, so you always miss. 2. Changed my mind. Encountered somebody capable of intelligent thought. Not you, of course. So I’m sticking around. Deal with it.
