No, because you normally do not release that in the middle of a war. Public analysis, like this purports to be, is done AFTER the war
During a war an analysis is done for the commanders, and is not public. It is used for planning future operations.
This is clearly propaganda, since it really doesn’t analyze. Instead it just does surface only comparisons to the Great Patriotic War (World War II), which is Putin’s go for, well, everything. Pretty much worthless for any actual study of the war.

The Ukrainians claim the counteroffensive is still going on (at least through last week, as now it’s in reverse). As to a report, they’ll have their standard answer: Not enough money for Zelensky.
