Exit polls show that Trump got 75% of those who identified as Reps. The Dem turnout in their primary on Feb 3 only had a turnout of 125k compared to 500k in 2020. As a result, there were plenty of Dems and left leaning Independents who could vote in the Rep primary for Haley.

One of the ballot questions we were asked was whether we favored registration by party. Hopefully, we can end these open primaries.
