If she wants to run as a third party candidate many ballot deadlines have passed or will pass soon.
Realistically that means she would need to get either the Green Party or Libertarian Party to be on the ballot in most states.
Those seem like long shots.
She will keep running until the Dem money runs out.
As far as a 3rd party run and ballot deadlines go, we have seen States flagrantly break their own election laws if it means defeating Trump. Remember, democrats will tell any lie and break any law if it means they win. Winning is all they care about, even if it’s just the appearance of winning after stealing the election.
